Top Instagram-Worthy Spots in Bali: Must-Visit Locations for Stunning Photos

Bali is a top picture-perfect destination known for its stunning natural sites like beaches, waterfalls, and mountains, along with a rich cultural heritage showcased in its temples. The article will cover must-see spots in Bali that will transform your Instagram feed.

Oneeighty Day Club / The Edge, Uluwatu

The Edge is a day club that offers a set fee for a beach chair, pool access, and food credit. Situated next to a luxurious hotel, the breathtaking views are beyond imagination. Apart from the stunning photo spot mentioned here, there are many other picturesque locations to capture beautiful moments. It is advisable to reserve a seat in advance.

Tegalalang Rice Terrace/ Cretya, Ubud

This rice field and day club are located in the same place, making it convenient to capture two different photo opportunities in one go. Here’s a suggestion: start at the Tegalalang Rice Terrace for your photos as they offer numerous picturesque spots, including the famous Bali swings. The rice fields are a dream come true and a must-visit for all tourists. Cretya should be your next stop after the terrace for a refreshing dip in the pool. While it might be challenging to avoid including other people in your pictures, stay patient, and the right moment will present itself. I am thrilled with how these photos turned out and highly recommend this experience to all travelers visiting Bali.

Hanging Gardens of Bali, Ubud

The Hanging Gardens of Bali operates as a hotel that offers access to its pool and buffet. The delicious food and the peaceful atmosphere set this place apart, with fewer crowds making it an ideal spot to relax all day with food and drinks. As there is no beach in Ubud, opting for poolside relaxation is the next best thing, and the pools in Bali offer a superior experience.

Savaya, Uluwatu

Savaya Bali is located amidst the untamed beauty of the jungle and towering limestone cliffs. It operates as a day club during the morning hours and transforms into a nightclub at night. Guests have the option to purchase tables, and booths, or enjoy the complimentary section. The establishment provides free face glitter and is known for its vibrant music. The breathtaking views attract many visitors who often capture memorable moments through photographs.

The Cave by Chef Ryan Clift at The Edge, Uluwatu

Chef Ryan Clift’s “The Cave” is an intimate underground restaurant with only 22 seats, featuring either seven or ten-course menus of his contemporary cuisine. Guests can opt for wine and cocktail pairings. Situated in a preserved natural cave, diners can enjoy a distinctive culinary experience surrounded by breathtaking stalactites and curved walls. The meal includes light shows between courses and an opportunity to explore the cave wearing a hard hat. Beyond just the visuals, this dinner is truly an experience not to be overlooked.

Kaveri Spa in The Udaya, Ubud

During my time in Bali, I missed out on staying in a hotel with a bathtub. That’s why we opted for the Kaveri Spa. I was eager to capture photos in a flower bath setting, and this spa fulfilled that wish perfectly. If you value aesthetics, experiencing this is a must in Bali. I highly suggest making reservations in advance; we managed to secure a good discount by planning ahead.

Suluban beach, Uluwatu

This beach is stunning with its vibrant blue hues. I had a great time capturing various angles and scenes of the beach. It’s relatively small, and many visitors prefer not to swim, making it an ideal spot for photography enthusiasts like you.

Kelingking Beach, Nusa Pendida

One of the most renowned photo spots in Indonesia is located on the island of Nusa Penida. Although it’s just a speedboat ride away from Bali, visiting this beach is truly worthwhile. The beach appears stunning at first sight, but the experience can be slightly disheartening. A long queue awaits for a brief photo opportunity, and accessing the beach itself can be perilous, so it’s not advisable. The decision of whether to visit is ultimately up to you.

In general, apart from these places, there are numerous other photo-worthy locations, and these are just a few of my top picks. Bali is a stunning island, and I trust this will assist all the Instagram enthusiasts in organizing their trip!
